Ticket Policies & Conditions

All ticket holders will agree to the following ticket waiver: All Lodi Wine & Chocolate events are 21+. No one under 21 will be admitted, including infants. ID’s will be checked at participating wineries. All attendees must have a valid photo ID. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All tickets are non-refundable. No exchanges, no exceptions. All events are rain or shine.

Lodi Wine & Chocolate reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject or remove any person that is intoxicated or whose conduct is deemed unbecoming, without refund. Lodi Wine & Chocolate urges all adults to consume alcoholic products responsibly. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to Lodi Wine & Chocolate and agrees Lodi Wine & Chocolate, their agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees are not liable for any resulting injuries. This ticket will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Patrons may not bring food or alcoholic drink products onto participating winery grounds. Pets (unless trained to assist) are prohibited. You must have your wrist banded on Saturday and Sunday in order to be re-admitted. Access to venue by any person other than the original purchaser of this ticket may be denied. Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of facilities rules, illegal activity or misconduct.

This ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime. This ticket may not be duplicated. Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued.

All wine tastings and complimentary chocolate samples are included in ticket prices. Wineries participating in the Saturday & Sunday tours will operate in accordance with the event timeframe of 11:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST.

Use of Likeness & Voice

Ticket holder authorizes Lodi Wine & Chocolate and anyone authorized by them, to retouch or alter any photographs taken of the event Participant and use it, in whole or in part, with or without the Participant’s name, signature, and/or other identification of any other fictitious or real person, in any and all media, for advertising or commercial purpose, and to claim and register its copyright in same; and further, release the Event, and their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability arising from the use of the participant’s photograph and from any blurring, distortion or optical illusion which may occur or be produced, as well as from the use of the Participant’s name, signature, and/or information; and further relinquish all right, title and interest in and to the negatives and prints and their reproduction, including the right to approve their final form, context and use.

Billing Information & Verification

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Customer Service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Customer Service is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Customer Service may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.

Unlawful Resale of Tickets

Unlawful re-sale of tickets (or attempted re-sale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by Event Management, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Event Promoter’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to Event Management’s consent.
