The Saturday Winery Tours take place at individual participating wineries throughout the Lodi region between the hours of 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM.
The Sunday Winemakers Toast will take place at Wine & Roses Hotel, Restaurant, and Spa between the hours of 11:00 AM & 1:30 PM.
When does the event take place?
Annually each year in February.
The 28th installment of Lodi Wine & Chocolate Weekend will take place February 15 & 16, 2025.
When can I buy tickets for weekend events?
Tickets are expected to go on sale November 4, 2024. Tickets can be purchased at lodiwineandchocolate.com.
Are kids or pets allowed at weekend events?
All weekend events are 21 and older. We love your kids & furry friends, but no children, infants (even in strollers or carriers), or pets are allowed to attend any weekend event for the safety of all parties. Service animals must be in vests and have proper documentation.
What happens if it rains during weekend events?
All weekend events take place rain or shine. Rest assured our wineries are prepared to do what it takes to ensure you have a dry and pleasurable experience.
How do I get around during the Saturday Winery Tours?
In order to maintain a safe & responsible atmosphere, use of a designated driver or ride-sharing service is highly encouraged. Please note that there is a policy regarding buses, limousines, and groups of 10 or more.
Bicycling between participating wineries other than those located downtown is discouraged due to distance and road safety.
What is the oversized vehicle/group policy?
In order to provide an exceptional experience and a safe and sound atmosphere, participating wineries have indicated whether or not they are able to accept buses, limousines, and/or groups of 10+.

Will wineries stay open later than 4:00pm on Saturday, February 15, for Winery Tours?
Participating wineries will stop pouring at 4:00 PM, regardless of whether their normal hours of operation are later.
Are there any guidelines I should adhere to while tasting wine?
Follow these guidelines to ensure your weekend experience is top-notch:
Eat a meal before beginning your Saturday Winery Tours experience.
Limit the number of wines you sample at each winery & take advantage of dump buckets.
Understand that it is against the law for a winery to continue to serve or sell wine to any guest who appears intoxicated, regardless of whether that guest is making use of a designated driver or ride-sharing service.
Be aware of those around you as you wait at the tasting bar for a sample. Make room for others to enjoy the experience as well.

What is included in the ticket price for events?
A commemorative wine glass, wine tastings, chocolate samples, and entertainment are included in your ticket price for Saturday Winery Tours. Wineries offering additional food or other for purchase have indicated these offerings with a “$.”
Brunch-themed bites and wine tastings are included in your ticket price for the Sunday Winemakers Toast.
Will tickets to weekend events sell out?
Tickets to Saturday Winery Tours are limited and may not be available for purchase at the door.
Tickets to Sunday Winemakers Toast are limited and will sell out. We recommend purchasing your ticket as soon as possible. Ticket sales close at midnight on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Tickets may NOT be purchased at the door.
Do designated drivers need to purchase a ticket?
For Saturday Winery Tours, no ticket is required for designated drivers.
For Sunday Winemakers Toast, a ticket is required for all attendees, including designated drivers.
A valid driver’s license or ID card is required of all attendees.
Designated drivers must be 21+ to attend all weekend events.
What is the process for receiving my ticket once it is purchased?
Each ticket holder will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes after the order is placed with your tickets attached. If you do not receive your tickets, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Attention: Do not attempt to copy and share your tickets. All tickets will be scanned for authenticity and only the first ticket scanned will be converted to an event wristband.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event will take place rain or shine. We recommend reviewing the full event description on our website before purchasing tickets.
When do I receive my wine glass and chocolate treat for the Saturday Winery Tours?
Upon presentation of your ticket at your starting winery, you will receive a wine glass, chocolate treat, and event program.
You will also receive a wristband which indicates to participating wineries that you have presented a valid ticket and ID Be prepared to show your wristband at each winery you visit.
You MUST begin your Saturday Winery Tours experience at your pre-selected winery check-in location.
What do I need to bring with me to weekend events?
Plan to bring your ticket (printed, smart phone in email or text), a valid ID, and a cheerful attitude to all events.
Please do not bring kids, pets, outside alcohol, or weapons to any weekend events.
What happens if I lose or break my wine glass?
You may purchase a new wineglass for $6.00 at any of our participating wineries during the Saturday Winery Tours.
What happens if I lose or destroy my wristband?
Wristbands that show signs of being cut or tampered with will not be accepted. No excuses.
If your wristband is too tight or too loose at the time of application, be sure to let winery staff know so that they can adjust accordingly.
Does my ticket to Sunday Winemakers Toast include access to the Saturday Winery Tours?
No. Tickets to Sunday Winemakers Toast and Saturday Winery Tours are separate.
What do I do if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
All events are not able to accommodate any special dietary needs or food allergies.
Can I remit tickets & pick up a wristband & wine glass for my friend or group?
Ticket holders MUST be present with valid ID to receive a wristband and wine glass.
Why do I have to pay a convenience fee?
All tickets are subject to convenience fees. Our tickets are processed through third-party ticketing service, which charges a convenience fee per ticket to offset operational and product costs. Convenience fees vary depending on ticket cost.
